For more than sixteen years, we have worked alongside young people, families, schools, community organisations, volunteers and strategic partners to deliver programmes that inspire confidence, develop leadership, build practical skills and create sustainable social impact.
What began as a vision to serve communities has grown into an internationally recognised charitable organisation committed to creating brighter futures through education, leadership development and community empowerment.

Global Vision Initiative was founded in 2009 by Ayodeji Olofintila with a simple but powerful vision:

From humble beginnings, GVI has grown into a respected organisation delivering transformational programmes across the United Kingdom and internationally.

Global Vision Initiative was founded with a vision to empower individuals through education, leadership development and community engagement.
2010–2013
Launched youth development and community outreach initiatives while establishing partnerships with schools, volunteers and local organisations.
2014–2017
Expanded into leadership development, employability support, mentoring and skills training, reaching more communities across the United Kingdom.
2018–2020
Strengthened strategic partnerships and expanded programmes internationally, creating new opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange.
