Reaching Out to the Rough-Sleepers
iCare Project is a locally-run project with the aim of reaching out to rough sleepers in Manchester. Operational since 2014, main activity involves a multifaceted one-hour outreach every Thursday at Manchester Piccadilly.
The icare Mission
iCare Project is an outreach by Global Vision with the following aims and objectives:
- To empathise and provide basic amenities to those who for one reason or the other, sleep rough.
- To engage and interact with rough sleepers in Manchester
- To encourage and empower individuals to come out of their experience as better persons and ready for the next phase of life.
